Q - What do I get when I purchase?
A. Our software is available as a fully functional trial version which you can download and try for free for 15 days. If you want to use the software after the 15 day trial, you must purchase it. Purchasing also gets you free technical support and free upgrades to version 1.x of the software you purchase.

Q - Am I purchasing a subscription?
A. No, you are not purchasing a subscription. Purchasing gives you a license to use the software on your PC for as long as you want. Purchasing also gets you free upgrades to version 1.x of the software.

Q - When I purchase, what happens next?
A. When you purchase online, by phone, fax or by mail order you will receive an order confirmation by email. This order confirmation will include the record of your purchase and also a serial number to register the software you downloaded. Print and save this order confirmation in case you ever need to reload the software.

Q - How do I enter my serial number to register my software?
A. When the trial version expires, you will see a registration screen each time you try to open the program. Click on the "Purchase" button on this registration screen and follow the instructions to enter your serial number and register the software. If you purchase before the trial period expires, just open the program and click Help>About then click on the "Purchase" button there.

Q - What if my hard drive crashes and I can't find my serial number?
A. Please keep the print copy of your serial number in a safe place. However, if you do lose it just contact us and explain what happened, then we'll retrieve your purchase information.

Q - How do I purchase online?
A. On the purchase page for each product, you will see links to purchase online. Click on one of these links and go to a secure server at RegSoft.com. Follow instructions there to purchase online using your credit card.

A. RegSoft.com takes many steps to ensure a safe transaction on their sercure server, but if you are still concerned then you have the options of purchasing by phone, fax, or mail order.

A. On the purchase page for each product you will find instructions for purchasing by phone. Have your credit card ready and a RegSoft.com operator will take your order at any time.

Q - How can I purchase if I don't have a credit card?
A. You can purchase by mail order. On the purchase page for each product, you will find links to a RegSoft.com page for mail order purchases. Please print the form found on that page, fill it out and mail as instructed with your check or money order in US dollars. Be sure to include your correct email address as that is how you will receive the order confirmation with your serial number.

A. Yes we do. Please email us and let us know about your organization, how many PCs you will be using, and any specific needs you may have. We will be pleased to work with you on a great deal for a site license.
